HE-SRS static combination scales – For track and road vehicles with AutoPOS control<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ESSMANN HE-SRS<\/strong> is a versatile, static combination scale for rail and road vehicles<\/strong> – ideal for demanding industrial and logistics applications with mixed traffic. The modular steel construction<\/strong> can be configured as a pure rail vehicle scale<\/strong> or as a combined rail\/road vehicle scale<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Modular design & flexible assembly<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The system consists of several scale modules<\/strong> that can be interconnected either in a permanent network<\/strong> or in freely combinable units<\/strong>. Thanks to the particularly low height<\/strong> and low weight, installation is also possible in hard-to-reach places<\/strong>, e.g. under existing silos or loading systems<\/strong>, using light lifting equipment such as a 2-way excavator or forklift truck. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Installation is carried out on strip foundations prepared on site<\/strong> or optionally in an ESSMANN prefabricated foundation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Optional HE-AUTOPOS loading position system – Automatic bridge switching & weight determination<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The optional HE-AUTOPOS system<\/strong> is available for loading stations with coupled trains<\/strong>. This system recognizes the current wagon position<\/strong> on the scales in real time and automatically activates the appropriate bridge combination to determine the net weight<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
