At the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwb.de\/de\/klaerwerk-wassmannsdorf.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wa\u00dfmannsdorf sewage treatment plant<\/a><\/strong>one of the central plants of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bwb.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Berliner Wasserbetriebe (BWB)<\/a><\/strong>was therefore developed in cooperation with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wte.de\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WTE Wassertechnik<\/a><\/strong> in two particularly robust and environmentally safe <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/essmann.com\/en\/unterflur-fahrzeugwaage-he-sfk\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"29391\">HE-SFK 30 truck scales with WHG-compliant design.<\/a><\/strong> were invested in. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project overview: Safety and performance at the highest level<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Two <strong>HE-SFK 30 WHG underfloor truck scales<\/strong> including <strong>V100 remote displays<\/strong> and <strong>a Profinet connection<\/strong> were installed here. The scales are used in daily operations for the delivery and collection of sewage sludge and recyclates such as ash, sand and gypsum. The volume of vehicles is up to <strong>70 trucks per day<\/strong>.  <\/p>\n\n<p>The special feature: Due to the sensitive environment directly on the sewage treatment plant site, the scales were not only equipped with stainless steel components, but also designed in accordance with <strong>the German Water Resources Act (WHG)<\/strong> &#8211; for maximum protection of the soil and groundwater.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>HE-SFK 30 WHG: Designed for the highest environmental requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The <strong>HE-SFK 30 WHG<\/strong> <strong>below-ground scales<\/strong> were specially developed for use in areas with water-polluting substances. In the context of sewage treatment plants, this means that liquids that could escape during the delivery of sewage sludge or during cleaning work must <strong>not seep into the ground<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n<p>The technical implementation includes:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Foundation troughs with crack width restriction \u2264 0.1 mm<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Special joint designs and sealing materials<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Use of stainless steel components<\/strong> for corrosion protection and hygiene<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fully dissipative design<\/strong> to detect and control liquid leaks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>With this design, the scales meet all the requirements of the WHG and enable safe, legally compliant operation &#8211; a real plus for environmental protection and sustainability.<\/p>\n<div class=\"gb-container gb-container-0fa042c8\">\n<div class=\"gb-container
