When flexibility meets precision in the chemical industry, you need solutions that think – and participate. This is exactly what our mobile truck scale<\/strong> HE-TS 18<\/strong><\/a> at one of the largest chemical sites in Germany. For this demanding site, we supplied a hot-dip galvanized truck scale with a wide lane, walk-on grating and side upstand<\/strong> – individually adapted to the logistical conditions and the volume of vehicles on site. <\/p>\n\n

Customization for a versatile vehicle fleet<\/h3>\n\n

The customer relies on efficient plant traffic, in which up to 30 vehicles<\/strong>, including trucks, cars and forklift trucks<\/strong>, have to be weighed every day. In order to cope with this variety, the lane width of the mobile vehicle width HE-TS<\/strong> was extended from 950 mm to 1200 mm<\/strong>. The space between the two lanes is equipped with a walk-on grating<\/strong> – a practical detail that not only increases safety, but also makes maintenance easier. <\/p>\n\n

Robust technology for a sensitive environment<\/h3>\n\n

The requirements in the chemical industry are high – especially in terms of safety, durability and precision. Our HE-TS 18<\/strong> scores points here with its torsion-resistant steel construction<\/strong>, a hot-dip galvanized surface<\/strong> for maximum corrosion protection and calibratable weighing electronics<\/strong>. The 120 mm high upstands<\/strong> made of galvanized angle steel attached to the sides<\/strong> ensure clear vehicle guidance and additional protection when driving on the scales. <\/p>\n\n

For the customer, this means reliable weight measurement in continuous operation – even under adverse weather conditions and with changing vehicle types. For us, it means another successful project with an industrial partner who values precision just as much as we do. <\/p>\n\n

Flexibility meets efficiency<\/h3>\n\n

Like all HE-TS models, this truck scale is mobile and can be installed without a crane<\/strong>, which makes it particularly attractive for changing applications – even within a large factory site such as this chemical park. The scales were installed directly on an existing concrete surface, without the need for an elaborate foundation. This meant that the scales could be put into operation quickly and efficiently – a real advantage in the dynamic daily routine of chemical production. <\/p>\n\n
