Thanks to our customer center, which is staffed every working day, remote maintenance options for faults in the softwareour service technology team and our extensive know-how, we can act quickly and get your system up and running again – for high availability and satisfied customers.

In contrast to a modernization a repair involves replacing defective components on a one-to-one basis to enable your scale to continue operating in the short and medium term. Your scale retains its technical condition.

Once your weighing system has been put into operation, regular maintenance to maintain availability and accuracy. During each service, all components are checked, settings are made and the software is inspected.

If the weighing operation is permanently disrupted by too frequent repairs and becomes increasingly uneconomical, a modernization or even a replacement system may be considered.

In addition, components can wear out depending on use, age or external influences. Repairs are therefore essential for the maintenance and accuracy of the weighing system. This usually involves a one-to-one replacement of the respective component so that the technical condition is maintained.

An error analysis can be carried out in advance using our online remote diagnostics tool (Teamviewer). This means that the technician is optimally prepared and can bring any necessary materials with him directly.

Thanks to our numerous locations throughout Germany and our close-knit service network, there is always a technician nearby who can take care of your scales. Our technicians carry a large selection of spare parts directly in their vehicles so that many repairs can be carried out on site and downtimes are minimized. In urgent cases, spare parts can also be delivered overnight from our warehouse.

Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday. A quick call is all it takes to speak to our customer service staff. Whether you have questions or want to report a fault, you can get the information, help or the right contact person you need here.

Thanks to a modern communication system, we can process inquiries quickly and send the required spare parts directly to where they are urgently needed – even overnight and directly to the service technician’s car. We always have spare parts available for your system to ensure that it is always ready for use.
