How the HE-BW bulk scales work
A hopper scale usually consists of a pre- and post-hopper and a weighing hopper. The weighing hopper is filled with a bulk material using a conveyor system (e.g. screw conveyor or belt conveyor).
Electronic weighing systems
Electronic weighing systems are very variable in their use. Due to the lower costs and simpler installation, this is the most commonly used type of weighing system today.
