Sometimes it does happen: the best scales can break. Most industrial scales work in difficult environments with lots of dust, moisture, movement, loads and dirt. Regular Maintenance prevent the worst from happening. But if something does go wrong, our service technology specialists will always find a solution.

Our certified service technicians rectify faults in truck and hopper scales directly on your premises – nationwide, with short response times. In doing so, we ensure compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. MessEG, DIN EN 45501) and ensure complete restoration of operational readiness – even for systems subject to legal metrology.

Scale workshop
We repair mobile and compact scales in our specialist scale workshop. There we check load cells, bridges and electronics, carry out ISO or DAkkS-compliant calibrations and retrofit if necessary – for example with digital interfaces (e.g. Modbus, Profibus) or ERP connection via evaluation devices.

Procurement of spare parts
We supply spare parts for all ESSMANN scales series as well as many other brands – including rare components. Each part is checked for accuracy of fit and compatibility, especially for safety-critical components such as load cells, connection boxes or protection systems. Extensions such as indicators, thermal printers or external displays are also available.

Scale modernization
Instead of purchasing a completely new scale, many existing scales can be modernized cost-effectively: with new load cells (e.g. digital variants), updated software, legal-for-trade display technology or additional interfaces (e.g. Ethernet, USB, wireless). We analyze your existing system and show you specific upgrades – in line with standards, integration and application profile.
