The ESSMANN HE-ÜWS truck scales are delivered to your site complete with foundation and bridge made of precast concrete elements. It fulfills all relevant DIN standards, the regulations of the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) and the recommendations of the OIML.
The HE-ÜWS truck scale is a modular system that consists of prefabricated concrete parts and is installed above ground. This truck scale can be used as a truck scale or tractor scale, for example. It is characterized by a short construction time, high precision and low weight of the components, which enables the entire weighbridge to be relocated at a later date without any problems. The above-ground truck scale can be installed on a strip foundation to be provided by the customer. Thanks to the above-ground design, the scales are particularly easy to clean and are therefore also suitable for heavily soiled environments.
The concrete bridge of the HE-ÜWS weighbridge is particularly abrasion-resistant and resistant to frost and road salt. It has galvanized edge protection brackets with integrated bumper mounts and transport anchors.
The HE-ÜWS truck scale can be optionally equipped with various peripheral components such as barriers, traffic lights, self-service terminals and remote displays, as required.

Manufacturer calibration
Once the scales have been assembled, they are adjusted at their place of use and brought into a legal-for-trade condition. Using vehicles and calibration weights, it is then calibrated for the first time by our team and can then be used immediately in legal-for-trade applications. This process is called manufacturer calibration or conformity assessment procedure called.
