The idea behind this is to make it easier for our customers—and for us—to provide feedback. We’re not just looking to collect stars; we especially welcome comments on our services. If improvements are needed, we’re happy to take them on board. After all, it’s in both parties’ best interest that everything runs smoothly and that everyone involved—both customers and ESSMANN | Waagen & Automation employees—is satisfied.
ProvenExpert is an online platform based in Germany that facilitates qualified customer feedback. It allows reviews from various platforms, such as Facebook and Google, to be aggregated, and also enables companies to solicit new customer feedback directly. We use this platform proactively by requesting feedback a few days after completing an installation—for example, of a new vehicle scale, a rail scale, a calibration, or the installation of our weighing software. Every customer can easily submit their feedback on the installation, service, scheduling, quality, consultation, etc., with just a click on a link. This way, we learn whether you’re satisfied with us.
We love having satisfied customers, because they’re our best form of advertising. But even dissatisfied customers can, at best, help us figure out how to improve. Our goal is to always provide you with five-star service.
