The ESSMANN license plate recognition system was specially developed for use on weighbridges at entrances and exits. However, it can also be used in other yard management be used.
Thanks to ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) technology, license plates can be automatically detected. This means that registered vehicles and visitor vehicles can be reliably identified in the yard. Pre-registered weighings can be processed automatically. The recorded data is automatically stored in our weighing software EWP and the weighing screen is immediately filled in with the master data associated with the license plate. Loading specifications, especially for handling hazardous substances, waste, building materials, etc., can also be processed securely in this way.
The precise motion detection also enables the exact position of the vehicle to be determined, which is crucial for smooth weighing or loading.
Via a driver self-service direct instruction for the next job is also possible.
