The ESSMANN team, consisting of scale manufacturers, process experts and software developers, develops solutions for today’s and tomorrow’s weighing and automation issues.
We build scales for industry, starting with high-precision laboratory scales, which we sell via our ESSMANN Shop Scales Shop to rail vehicle scales with UIC number recognition.
We need you in our team, preferably at our headquarters in Hamburg, but also hybrid.
Your tasks in our team
- Contact person for the solution of customer-specific questions regarding the application of our products
- Analyzing and finding solutions for hardware and software issues, e.g. malfunctions
- Supporting the internal teams with technical questions
- Responsible support of our software products, which are directly or indirectly connected to our scales, from the definition of requirements to the installation and support of our customers from various industries. industries.
- Active and creative collaboration in the development of new weighing applications that take weighing further and incorporate advanced solutions for the peripherals of our scales
