Avoid production interruptions and unsuccessful calibration tests – Is your scale ready for the new season?

Scale failures and unsuccessful calibration tests often lead to production interruptions lasting several days and repair costs that are difficult to calculate. To support your operational safety in the new season, we recommend a
spring check of your scales by one of our qualified technicians as soon as possible. Professional maintenance will identify weak points and prevent avoidable failures due to soiling, material fatigue or unintentional play in the components.

Our technicians need less than half a day on average for our spring maintenance.

If you would like to anticipate a possible cancellation, please make an appointment with us. Write us an email to service@essmann.com and give us two or three preferred dates. If you have already noticed any irregularities on your scales, please also let us know. We will get back to you immediately and clarify the details.

The total net cost is 579.00 euros including travel to and from the event*. This offer is valid until June 30, 2022.

*Repairs and spare parts as well as cleaning of the weighing pit are excluded
