Maintenance work on the truck scales

Avoid Production Downtime and Failed Calibration Attempts—Is Your Scale Ready for the New Season?

Scale
malfunctions and failed calibration attempts often lead to production downtime lasting several days and repair costs that are difficult to estimate. To help ensure the reliability of your operations in the new season, we recommend having one of our qualified technicians perform a spring check on your scale as soon as possible. Proper maintenance identifies weak points and prevents avoidable failures caused by contamination, material fatigue, or unwanted play in the components.

Our technicians need less than half a day on average for our spring maintenance.

If you’d like to prevent a potential malfunction, please schedule an appointment with us. Send us an email at service@essmann.com and let us know your two or three preferred dates. If you’ve already noticed any irregularities with your scale, please let us know as well. We’ll get back to you right away to work out the details.

The total cost is 579.00 euros net, including travel to and from the venue*. This offer is valid through June 30, 2022.

*Repairs and spare parts as well as cleaning of the weighing pit are excluded
