HE-DRS
Dynamic track scales for Weigh-in-Motion weighing
The ESSMANN HE-DRS is a foundationless rail vehicle scale for dynamic weighing during operation – precise, calibratable and time-saving. Trains or wagons are weighed automatically as they pass slowly(weigh-in-motion). It is installed directly on a compacted ballast bed, without any foundation – ideal for fast, cost-efficient installation with minimal construction work.
HE-Point
Dynamic check weighbridge for Weigh-in-Motion
The ESSMANN HE-Point is a non-calibratable track scale for automated load monitoring during operation. Mounted directly on the track, it enables Weigh-in-Motion weighing of wagons to monitor weights, axle loads and load distribution – ideal for avoiding overloading and for safe, efficient rail logistics.
HE-GW/GSW
Static rail scales for wagons, also available as a combined version for road vehicles
The HE-GW is a calibratable standard weighing system for static weighing of freight wagons – e.g. under bulk goods or tank wagon filling systems. In the HE-GSW version, the rails are embedded in the bridge so that the scales can also be driven over and used by trucks – ideal for combined logistics locations with rail and road traffic.

Modular combination scales for rail & road
The ESSMANN HE-SRS is a static combination scale for weighing freight wagons and road vehicles – ideal for tight installation locations such as under silo systems. The modular steel construction with a particularly low overall height enables easy installation, even with light equipment. Optionally with HE-AUTOPOS for automated wagon loading in coupled trains.
